The first thing we do for a new product is look at the ingredient list. Too many additives and it will be rejected. The look and flavour of the product comes next and if that passes muster only then do we look at the packaging.

We have a fully operational restaurant style kitchen behind our shop at 66 Raeburn Place where we create our own patés and cook our free range meat to perfection.

Once the site is fully operational, an online ordering system will be available for you to place your order. This initially will be so you can beat the traffic warden but eventually we will be able to start a delivery system as we become more organised!
